If the human wishes to fully comprehend the impact of this shift then they need to start working on themselves now.

This work will contain a lot of pressure that will need to be released, the realising of this pressure is an evolutionary step

By the word pressure I mean that the build-up of toxins, feelings and structural change, to fully remove the old the body has to be reborn.
